The Beach Loft is a cozy tile and wood finished space, with custom tile mosaics and cathedral ceilings throughout. This two-story accommodation is situated beside the Vacation Cottage and is the closest to the beach. This space has wood cottage finish airie outdoor dining and no fees to the beach !!

The upper floor has an outdoor deck area with a 24’ x 14’ glassed-in deck with a view of the beach, featuring a 6 person outdoor dining with 9’ market umbrella facing the beach, a 8’ x 10’0” wing deck lounging and BBQ area.

The custom 8’ high arched doors lead to The open concept galley kitchen with a limestone countertop mahogany island with 5 bar stools. The combined kitchen living room space has a cathedral ceiling living area and is surrounded by a 2 ½ wall wrap of windows, making it bright and sunny.

The master bedroom features a custom tile walk-in two-person beach mosaic shower with a rainforest ceiling shower head, bathroom water closet, oversize vanity. and queen sized bed. Close the door, and you have your own escape space!

A third bedroom, on the 2nd level, features a skylight and a trundle bed, perfect for two children or adults.

Downstairs, there's a queen size bedroom with cathedral ceiling and full closet with built in dresser. A 3 piece bath is only 3 steps away!
