The Vacation Cottage is a stunning getaway, just a 3 minute walk to the back staircase of Parlee Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Maritimes, with the distinction of being “the warmest waters north of the Carolinas”.

It features multiple seating areas inside and out including a 400 sq’ lounging area with arbor and oversize market umbrella, including a Weber Summit BBQ and front yard fire pit.

An open space design, has a fully equipped 800 sq ft kitchen sitting area with a 20 ft long island and bar stools, indoor grill and separate cooktop. The sunroom has a scree garden and a dining table for 8 under a 14 ft wood cathedral ceiling.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 3 piece ensuite and by closing the door to this area, you have this space all to yourself! The main bathroom features a sunken bathtub under a skylight, heated marble floors and a double walk-in tiled glass shower.

The entryway provides a sitting area, beverage fridge an ample storage space. this space leads to the 200 sq’ screen-room sitting area.

The cottage is located in an area called The Bluff, 6 min from Shediac center ( 2 min. from the drive - in for some old school entertainment!) and 24 min from Moncton.
