The Villa

This new construction is absolutely beautiful! The ceiling is 24 feet, open concept and ceramic floors. All appliances in kitchen which has bar stools surrounding the island. All the lighting are on dimmers to help create nighttime atmosphere! The dinning room table is a large square bar style which seats eight, glass top with view of a 5 foot mosaic on the floor directly below. Two bedrooms downstairs, each has a four poster bed and mesh canopys, very cozy! The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed, view of the beach and a half bath. This room is large enough for a playpen, crib and a single, or just keep it for yourself! The bathroom is downstairs, has tub, shower and heated ceramic floors. There is a screened in sunroom, all pine, or step out onto a brick patio with BBQ. This was built in 2005. ONE MINUTE WALK TO BEACH!
