The Vacation Cottage

This is a familiar sight on the road leading to Parlee Beach: mom and dad are loaded down carrying coolers and picnic baskets for lunch. Plus the towels, umberellas, beach chairs, etc. The children are by now anxious and cranky because they JUST WANT TO GET TO THE BEACH! Well, we're right across the street! A minute walk! You can come home for lunch, no hassle, and to a hugh kitchen and dining area (800 sq ft) in a one of a kind vacation cottage. We have all the appliances you need plus a convection oven. The kitchen has a 20 foot curving island surrounded by bar stools, fireplace and heated ceramic floors. This cottage can easily host 2 or more families. There are 4 bedrooms, two of which are big enough to put in extras, like a crib or playpen. The sunroom which is 500 sq ft has an indoor spree garden with a fountain, a half bath, 14 foot ceiling, high definition 53" TV with DVD player and a Sony PS2 player. The bathroom has a sunken jacuzzi bath (it holds two!) shower and skylight. ONE MINUTE WALK TO BEACH!
